libpugl-dbg software package provides portable API for OpenGL graphical interfaces (debugging symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpugl-dbg
libpugl-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpugl-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpugl-dbg *
You will get with libpugl-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
